Human Resources Manager
At Talento, we are seeking an experienced HR Manager / Human Resources Lead to oversee both the strategic and operational aspects of the Human Resources function. This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with Colombian labor laws, driving effective people management, and fostering a positive and consistent employee experience across the organization. This position plays a critical role in strengthening organizational culture, building and optimizing HR processes, and supporting leadership decision-making related to performance management, labor relations, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute the overall Human Resources strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure full compliance with Colombian labor legislation, proactively identifying and mitigating legal and labor risks.
• Manage disciplinary processes, including written warnings, Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), and employment terminations, in accordance with legal requirements.
• Design, manage, and optimize employee benefit programs (statutory and non-statutory), ensuring proper implementation and clear communication.
• Oversee employee benefits such as social security, wellness initiatives, non-salary incentives, employee agreements, and retention programs.
• Implement and lead performance evaluation processes and continuous feedback practices.
• Develop and execute initiatives focused on organizational culture, employee engagement, well-being, and talent retention.
• Advise and support leaders and managers in people management and the resolution of labor-related conflicts.

• Implement and manage Human Resources technology tools (HRIS, BUK, PeoplePass, or similar platforms).
• Define, analyze, and monitor key HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, performance, engagement, and workplace climate.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Law, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Postgraduate degree or specialization in Human Resources Management, Labor Law, or related areas is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles within Human Resources.
• Strong, hands-on experience with Colombian labor legislation and employment practices.
• Experience in service-based companies, temporary staffing, BPO, or similar organizational environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Colombian labor law and employment regulations.
• Payroll processing, social security administration, and employee benefits management.
• Disciplinary process administration and labor conflict resolution.
• HR metrics definition, tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience using HR platforms and tools.
