Photo Editor - (Junior)

As a Photo Retoucher at Talento, your main duty will be editing and retouching large quantities of photos in an efficient manner for photo editing, while maintaining and upholding maximum product quality for every guest. Nuovo is rapidly growing, and as we prepare for the opening of more studio locations, we’re looking to hire multiple talented and experienced retouches to join our Retouching team.

• Performed batch editing of guest photos to ensure efficiency and consistency.

• Executed precise background removal while maintaining image integrity.

• Applied color correction and lighting adjustments to enhance overall image quality.

• Conducted skin and blemish retouching with a natural, high-quality finish.

• Consistently met strict deadlines and performance targets to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience with batch editing workflows.

• Advanced skills in skin retouching while maintaining natural results.

• Familiarity with Photoshop actions and batch automation techniques.

• Strong understanding of photography lighting fundamentals.

• Solid knowledge of composition and visual balance.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Required: A retouching portfolio showcasing multiple examples of relevant work must be included with the application.
