Client-focused professional with a strong background in relationship management, operations coordination, and issue resolution within fast-paced, service-driven environments. Key Responsabilities:

• Cultivate and manage long-term client relationships through effective database management and post–studio visit engagement.

• Provide timely, effective solutions to escalated client issues and concerns, ensuring resolution within reasonable timeframes.

• Engage directly with clients via email and phone to ensure proper follow-ups and ongoing communication.

• Collaborate with internal operational teams to investigate, manage, and resolve client-related issues.

• Coordinate the production, editing, manufacturing, and delivery of client orders across all involved teams and vendors.

• Ensure full compliance with operational procedures, studio policies, and brand guidelines.
